Yosemite Lion Alison Grove stands next to the four Lions Peace Poster
that were submitted for consideration in this global contest. Students
between the ages of 11 and 13 were encouraged to show their artistic
sides interpreting this year's theme: "Sharing Peace." The Yosemite
Valley School students who participated were: (clockwise from upper
left) Kaitlyn Monroy, Ray Marino, Allie Blackwell, and Clara Devlin.
The Yosemite Lions Club members voted at their November 5th meeting.
Stay tuned to see the two that were chosen to move on to the next level
of competition.
